What access do you need?
Very little. In the working session you share your screen and drive; we never need your passwords. If a recommendation later needs deeper access, that gets agreed explicitly.
We’re not technical. Is that a problem?
That’s exactly who the audit is for. Everything is written in plain English and priced in hours and dollars, not jargon.
Is it really fixed-price?
Yes. $499 covers the session, the report, and the walkthrough. There is no hourly meter and nothing extra to buy for the audit itself.
What happens after the audit?
The roadmap is yours with no obligation. Run it yourself, or have us implement it. Any follow-on work is scoped separately, and only if you want it.
What about confidentiality?
Everything you share stays private, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before the session.
How does the guarantee work?
If the report doesn’t identify at least 5 hours a week worth recovering across its recommendations, you don’t pay for the audit. Simple as that.
